Gollie AB ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect via this website and how we use it. This is a starter version and should be reviewed before launch.
Data we collect
When you submit the contact form we receive the name, company, email address and message you provide, plus the inquiry type you select and your chosen language. Your consent is required before we can process it.
Why we process it
We process this information on the basis of your consent, for one purpose only: to read and respond to your inquiry. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who receives it
Inquiries are delivered to the Gollie AB mailbox at info@gollie.se. Two processors are involved in delivering and protecting the form: Cloudflare (site hosting, the form endpoint, and Turnstile anti-spam verification) and Resend (email delivery). Both process the data on our behalf.
Spam protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish humans from automated abuse. Turnstile receives your IP address and basic request metadata to perform that check. It is a privacy-preserving alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs and is not used to track you across sites.
Retention
Inquiry emails are kept in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle your request and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence, then deleted. Server logs contain a request identifier and delivery metadata, not your message content.
Analytics
We may use privacy-friendly, cookie-light analytics to understand aggregate site usage. No profiling of individuals is performed.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, withdraw your consent, or object to processing. Contact us at info@gollie.se.
